Good evening everybody!
Today I was shooting with the Z7 II for a couple of hours...
But, to keep it short: "I was disappointed."
I consider canceling my Z7II & Z6II pre-orders.
I didn't see ANY AF improvement.
On certain very easy AF targets, the camera could not lock focus. This was acceptable to me for a first-generation Nikon ML as when I got my Z6 & Z7, but not for the successor.
THHO selling Z6 & Z7 to get Z7II & Z6IIis nothing else than losing money.
If you are new from dslr to Z, I would go for the ZII version.
I hope the original equivalent Nikon lenses will be available soon.
Thanks for your attention and kindest regards,
Stany

Z7II-tracking
My time with the camera was limited to a couple of hours which I spent on wildlife photography and the differences I feel vs Z7 which I know and use on daily basis for nearly 2 and a half years now, but based on some practical testing, tracking has improved.
Several AF icons have been added with a clear purpose, and they seem to do what they stand for.
