Hello,
I am Loy. My forum user name is lenz which I have been using for some time.
I am an serious hobbyist in photography. I photograph my kids the most but my wife forbid me from putting their pictures on line.
Besides that, I am very interested in macro / micro photography and landscape. My interest in macro starts after my kids were born.
I was kind of bound to the house and they won't let me go too far before wanting to follow.. So, that's how I come to shoot mostly macro and normally I shoot only around my house where I can run home when summoned. :-)
I am very grateful to Stany for inviting me to join this forum where I can learn from all you fellows.
I have been shooting casually since film days where I was using my dad's Yashica range finder, then I bought my first SLR Fuji STX2 followed by few Nikon Fs. My first digital was a Fujifilm P&S. Since then I have used D70s, D200, Fuji S5 and currently D700.
I am looking forward to be able to learn from you all and be able to share some of my shots too.
Cheers,
Loy / lenz
