D800 specifications ???

This is 100% "rumor", but logic and possible...
I initially found this on the forum of Chasseur d'Images., after some clicks I found the original source. Reliable or not, I don't know, but very tempting specifications anyhow, upto that a logical and realistic "next step" from Nikon... Also the timing would fit perfectly with the Photokina fair in september...

Rita, I may be totally wrong, but I don´t think this camera will blow a hole into your bank account
As far as I can see, Sony has not been able to make its sensor capable for video capture.
If Nikon doesn´t have another source for a 24 Mpix sensor, this is a fake.

The number of an upcoming D800 rumor seems to increase. The underneath rumor has a little different specifications than the one earlier posted in this topic but TMHO they seem more realistic... Upto that this is what another forum member here -DiederikVP-, posted some time ago based on an article in Chasseur d'Images. Upto that, I know who DiederikVP really is ánd I know where he works...
