Saurian close up

Post by pam.meier »

This is a crop from an image (cropped to make up for web display).
Saurians are easy to photograph, it is lots of fun.
This one with D3 and Micro Nikkor 60/2.8

Jurassic parc scene...

Post by Stany Buyle »

Hi Pamela,
The second one makes me think about the scene in the kitchen in Jurassic parc, the rex looking through the window...
Ik grew up with these animals, my father used to keep kameleons, iguanas, non-poisonos snakes and tropical fishes, I would like to keep an inguana myself, but my dog would kill them...
Thanks for posting.
kindest regards,

Stany

Stany, I never managed to see Jurassic Park ;)
But I remember some scenes from Godzilla with a huge eye ...

Those animals really are a lot of fun. The saurian is tame and you can feed him living food, as you may remember well from your childhood. I have a frame of him chewing up some poor black locust, but I wouldn´t post these on the web. I don´t think I would like to have a snake that has to be fed on guinea pigs and mice. Poor little creatures.
