Nikon D750 sample picture at iso 100 -> iso 51200

Post by Stany Buyle »

Tested a D750 at Art & Craft yesterday. And it seems to be a very tempting camera, especially for high iso...

Underneath you find jpegs (resized to 1000px widest side) with D750 at different iso settings. The nef files can be found in this topic: You need to register on this forum for access to this section.

About this pictures:
  • Taken on tripod with D750 and 105 AF-S VR at F5.6 in NEF. AWB and picture control set to STANDARD Converted to jpg with NikonViewNX2.10.
  • Shadows under the billiard balls are left intentionally to check noise in shadow areas.
  • Image
  • Why billiard balls and a cue and no dragonfly ? Because my wife insisted... ;) http://www.esbeecreations.be

TMHO, high iso performance of the D750 is simply stunning and significantly better than D810.
The results of this test were so good :o , that after publishing the 1000 px jpegs I started to doubt :? and I double checked if I didn't mix up a iso 100 picture with iso 1600 and more...

Did I mention already that the high iso performance of the D750 is simply stunning? :D
