At first view D7000 looks like an upgraded D300(s)

At first view D7000 looks like an upgraded D300(s)

While having a closer look now at the specifications of the D7000 and TMHO, at several points looks like a better camera than the D300s...
  • native iso 100
  • 16Mp
  • much improved video mode over D300s
  • H1 and H2 (ISO 12800 and 25600) expansion
  • ...
What might keep the D300 preferable:
  • D7000 has no no AF-micro ajustment
  • D7000 has less dedicated buttons than D300s

Hi Diederik,
According to the Dpreview' D7000 preview, D7000 has AF-finetune :o , copyright info ánd GPS enabled. :o :o
What is a little confusing, is that in the detailed D7000 page of Nikon itself, nothing is mentioned about AF-finetuning...

I made a screenshot of the Dpreview' D7000 preview and it shows this:
