The second one is my favourite, I am guessing that you were using an extreme wide angle zoom lens - if not and you actually changed lens for the last shot then I'm even more impressed!

The first one is with AFD 20 2.8 on a D700 and the other 3 with AFD 16 2.8 on a D700

One (perhaps stupid) question: Did you take this pictures while jumping yourself or out of the open door of the plane?

Remote control is custum made i trigger with my mouth.
