Those sky's are rather impressive, thanks to the enormous wide angle of this lens. Lovely.

But you will need something more to make a full use of this lens. In my opinion you would need something in the foreground like in your third image. If the footbridge would be a little more to the lift side of the image it would be even better. It will provide a leading line for the eye, from the bridge into the landscape and towards the fantastic sky.

BTW, did you use a graduated filter? The footbridge and marshes looks rather bright to my eyes, compared to the skies.
