Troubles because of the klim6.sys file in Kaspersky software

Recently I was re-installing my Win7-64bit through a Vista64 > Win7-64 update on behalf of the Fuji HS-HU3 software which is incompatible with Win7-64 as a native install but which works flawless under Win7-64 when initially installed under Vista 64bit.
At the end of the upgrade to Win7-64, Windows installer turned back the Win7 install to Vista 64bit
And the klim6.sys file was the reason...
Klim6.sys is a file from Kaspersky internet security. You can google "klim6.sys" and see there were some troubles because of this file.
