Stany, in my opinion you jump very fast in this world. What we get to see from you about some years!
The joy of photography is to see in your work.

I remember you telling me on dpreview :o)

I got a D300 as an insurance replacement after I dropped/fell over with my D200 so I've not got a D700 yet and I also think that it's more than just a camera upgrade that I need to get to that level!

No, that wasn't me who wrote that. Until now I never had an insurance case in relation to my photo gear.
kindest regards,

Stany

Sorry for the misunderstanding Stany, let me explain. I meant that I was considering getting a D700 soon after you got yours and you told me how great they are for macro on dpreview.

After that conversation I fell over with my D200 and it was broken and then my insurance company replaced it for me with a D300. Because of that upgrade I put the idea of a new camera to one side (after deciding to keep the D300 and not put it straight onto ebay).

I hope that this clears up the misunderstanding :)
