This is an extremely nice portrait of a young woman! The quietness in the pose reflects the wonderful mood you wanted to put into this portrait.
I have, technically speaking, two questions to you. First one: wouldnot it be nicer if you would have cropped the image just a little, almost at the bottom of her hair? It would place the accent more on her hair and that is the (almost) important eye catcher in this image?
Socond one: why did you use a completely black background? To my opinion just a tiny bit of color in it would have added a tremendous depth to this image.
But, this doesnot take anything away from a lovely image; her parents (or her boyfriend) can be proud of her!

Agree to some extent about the crop, but the shape of the image needed to be in the A4 ratio for this shot.
