Image captured with eos R7 & RF 100-400 @ 400MM
iso 1600. F8. 1/200 sec.
version 1: converted from RAW in PE 2023
The initial exposure was PERFECT to my taste. I didn't change anything.
When perfectly exposed R7 also gives very low noise levels for a crop camera with such a high pixel density.
Resized to 1600px longest side.
One click post processing in Adobe photoshop elements Camera Raw 14.4 - profiles-vivid as explained here.
I just purchased this software today after a free trial of a month in addition to Canon DPP. It replaces my aging PS5, basically to insert text...
For complex PP work and/or ultimate image quality, I prefer Canon DPP above any other program. (see the same image converted with DPP here underneath)
For sorting pictures, I use ACDSee 2023. Very fast...
