Technically this +25-year-old F4 lens works very well on my EOS R7. I use the basic Canon EF-R adapter.
Image stabilization is clearly first generation but it helps while shooting handheld.
Underneath image is taken handhold with IS on. iso 3200, F4 and 1/1600 sec. (@ such a shutter speed I could have left "OFF" the IS but I did not...)
RAW image was converted with DPP.
The original crop is 3621 x2414 px. For publication, I resized to 1600px longest side.
