Re: Favourite HDR
Hello DrDusslierR,
thats really nice HDR except little tonal value issues near the right edge of buliding roof where sky starts ..
everything seems really good.
i think its been produce by photomatix ?
here is what i suggest you to try for HDR..
google "Enfuse" engine and read more on wiki about Enfuse..
Enfuse is the more realisting engine that gives perfect blending of different exposure brackets..
i am using enfuse for my panorama work and the result we get is awesome.. everthing is tack sharp and in perfect light even though you shoot indoor or outdoor without flash or studio lights..
i am in no mean to offence or to comment on your work but to just let you know what i have experienced..
if you use enfuse and find it good than i would request you to place same image here so people can compare results..
generally HDR with photomatix or other engines play with tonal values and give some extra edges depth which shows some dimensional artificial view.
HDR (High Dynamic Range) is woked two way.
1. is to produce some different special effect image
2. to produce a realisting image with even light source everywhere like you shot with so many lights (but actually shot without light but multiple bracket sets)..
and i do use HDR for realisting image..
ending here.. and wish to hear from you soon...

Re: Favourite HDR
Another vote here for Enfuse. Much more natural results. It avoids most of the light halos round objects and sooty centres to panels like the side of houses. Look forward to a comparison here.
