Thanks for commenting Stany.
I remember from when i was a small child that i regarded these Opels as big and luxurous on the roads. Nowadays they rather look small. Is it me growing in the meantime or is it the cars...
Keep on shooting!

Very nice one Gilbert! May I ask you about camera/settings used? Somehow this shot has a "Fuji feel" but I may be wrong

Re: Wir leben Auto's.
Good morning Anton,
Ha, surprise: no Nikon and no Fuji. Sony DSC R1, you know, the older (2005/2006) bridgecamera with the fantastic Vario Zeiss lens 24-120mm and the LCD screen on top, so you can shoot out of the hip. It was the first camera with APS-C sensor (it is said that it is the same sensor as the Nikon D2X, made a little bit smaller=10MP iso 12mp. Settings i cannot retrace but must have been iso 160 (lowest possible) 1/250 and f 8 i suppose...
Sold the camera just before nrewyear to a friend of mine, and grief already...

Re: Wir leben Auto's.
Oh, alright - I stand corrected then - needless to say I too regret selling old cameras after the fact...biggest regret being "getting rid" of my trusty old D700 two years ago...

Re: Wir leben Auto's.
It is inevitable to sell your old cameras.
If I had kept all my cameras, I would have -I have counted them- at least 19 slr, 7 dslr and 5 compact cameras in a little over 40 years. Sometimes it is time to let go.
Some of them you have to sell because the mount has changed, like my Praktica, Pentax and Fuji cameras, sometimes when the manufacturer stops (Minolta) or the wish to go to a different format (Mamiya 645 and Bronica with square format) and because of the technical progress (digital).

Re: Wir leben Auto's.
Here another one, Anton, so we can compare. This time with the Fuji 100S, and cropped. Recently taken.
