I use a Spyder to calibrate my monitor and it is very simple. Just answer the questions on your screen and that is it.
That is what you want to know?

Thanks for your reaction.
How works the Spyder?
Can it calbrate my two monitors to render equal together with my printers?
Problem started wto weeks ago after buying a new Samsung22", next to my older one 19", both widescreen.
After hours of manual ajusting, they still render completely different colours (yellows and reds), the one more saturated etc..., despite the numbers look equal...
Thanks in advance,
Kindestr regards,
Stany

Re: Please explain me about monitor calibration...
The Spyder measures the colours on your screen, calibrates them and saves the data in a file. So I suppose one can calibrate two monitors in a way they both look equal. But, to be sure, I would ask a dealer first before buying it....
Re: Please explain me about monitor calibration...
I have a two monitor set-up and both are profiled with EyeOne Display 2.
But I have MacOS SnowLeopard. The screen profiling is different from printer profiling, though.

I agree with Pam that print and monitor calibration are 2 different things...
But calibration is the same in windows for multiple monitors, you create and apply a profile for each monitor and that's it! The only thing I would advise you to look at is that you have the temperature set on both monitors - one of the designers in my office overlooked this and then spent hours wasting time trying to calibrate them still!
